AI assistant
Our website assistant is powered by a third-party AI model provider. Messages you send are processed by that provider to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat. The assistant may make mistakes and is not a substitute for advice from our team.
Disclosure
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), payments (PayPal), email delivery and analytics (Google Analytics) — or where required by law. Some providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information.
Security & retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal record-keeping obligations.
Access, correction & complaints
