Service Terms

Last updated October 2026.

This document is a draft pending legal review. Highlighted items are business details still to be confirmed.

Scope

Each package lists its deliverables, requirements and exclusions. Custom projects are defined by a written proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Your responsibilities

Timelines depend on receiving the content, access and feedback listed for your package. Delays in providing these may extend delivery.

Payments

Fixed-price packages are paid upfront or by deposit as shown at checkout. Custom projects follow the milestone schedule in the proposal. Third-party subscriptions and usage costs (such as AI model usage, automation platforms or hosting) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Ownership

On full payment you own the custom deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party software, open-source components and our pre-existing tools remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed to you as needed to use the deliverables.

AI limitations

AI systems can produce incorrect or unexpected output. We design safeguards and testing, but you remain responsible for reviewing how AI tools are used in your business and for the information they are configured to provide.

Consumer guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
