How do payments work?
Fixed-price packages can be paid online through PayPal (card or PayPal balance) once checkout is live, or by invoice. Larger packages can be paid with a deposit, with the balance due before launch. Custom projects use milestone payments.
Are there ongoing costs?
Some tools have their own usage or subscription costs (for example AI model usage, automation platforms or booking software). Each package lists these clearly. Care plans are optional.
What if the package doesn't fit exactly?
Book a free consultation. We'll either confirm the package fits or give you a written quote for the right scope.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy explains how cancellations work before and after work starts. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
